The negatives: None! Although the Terry Fator Show was cancelled (no fault of the restaurant). It's like extra crispy french toast (toasted on all sides), with a soft center. If you do not like bread pudding, this one will convert you. Both excellent!!!!!! For dessert, I had my eye on the donut holes but our waiter recommended the chocolate chip bread pudding that is served with a bacon pecan ice cream and a piece of chocolate covered bacon. Sides: Mac n cheese and baby veggies (because you need your veggies). To be honest, it did not need the sauces. It came with two sauces: green peppercorn and a red wine reduction. 24 oz Tomahawk ribeye steak with a main lobster tail. We both had the same reaction: good thing we shared it. They split it for us on two separate plates. Apple Pot Pie 8.00 Maple pecan brittle ice cream. Spiced Hand Cut Fries 8.00 Sweets Jelly Doughnut Munchkin Holes 8.00 Warm Chocolate Cake 8.00 Vanilla ice cream. Xl Potato 8.00 Twice baked, sour cream and chives. So we ordered several things to share: Crab & Jalapeño Taco appetizer was so full of flavor. Stacked Onion Rings 8.00 Adult Tater Tots 10.00 Bacon & brie. We wanted to try everything on the menu but didn't want to fall asleep during our show. Friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. The lighting was not as dark as others have mentioned. The music was just loud enough to hear but not interfere with table conversation. Let's start with the positives: Great atmosphere. Allowed 2 hours to get through dinner and the staff was very accommodating to help us meet our show time. Made reservations at Stack for dinner before the Terry Fator Show. Now if they provided room service that would be heaven. Great wine selection -no dessert after all that food! It was an amazing meal food wise but the atmosphere was so off putting we probably will skip this next Vegas visit. The steaks had a salty tangy compound butter that made them about the best steaks ever-we had the oft reviewed his and hers tomahawk/filet one with shrimp latter with lobster tail. So you would expect a slam here and I really wanted to. Now, none of any of this is relevant except add in really loud music and you have a couple (us) who basically couldn't wait to get out of there. We were sandwiched between a cool couple celebrating their 40th anniversary and a group of people who were playing with their drinks, scooping out ice, overall strange behaviour. The tables are way too close, no private conversation here. I sat on the wall my husband in the chair The tables are so close together the waiter was essentially just a voice to my husband with plates being served from behind him He found that creepy. Our table was just inside the restaurant along the wall to the right. Eventually the bartender spotted us through the crowd and we did end up being served. Of course our Canadian sensibilities probably were working against us, others didn't consider the intrusion we were trying to avoid. I guess people without reservations end up eating at the bar so we felt like it was intrusive to them for us to elbow in. We did have to wait about half an hour which was ok and would have been better if we could have gotten close to the bar. Please send us a message and we'll try to figure out what went wrong. Probably something about the web browser you are using made KAYAK think you are a bot. They tend to try to cram large suitcases in the overhead bin, and they prattle on about celebrities they know while you are trying to watch the movie. For example, we don't want bots running about trying to book airline tickets. Bots are generally a good thing, but some web pages are for humans only. KAYAK uses bots to search for travel deals. Search engines like Google use robots to build up search results. What is a bot?Ī bot, or robot, or crawler is software that visits web sites and collects data from them without a human present. If you are seeing this page, it means that KAYAK thinks you are a "bot," and the page you were trying to get to is only useful for humans.
